Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and community-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on building connections, understands the power of community engagement, and is driven to exceed sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience from their first interaction to the moment they drive off in their new vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Actively engage with the community through events, social media, and local partnerships.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and dealership goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Comfortable in a commission-only environment.
- An active and respected member of our community.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community engagement and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
